https://watch.jltilecompany.comhttps://request.jltilecompany.com and save. If it asks you to sign in, use the same username and password.Home and Library show everything that’s already on the server. Search → Discover shows almost every title ever made, including ones that aren’t here yet. Pick one and tap Request, and it will be reviewed and added to the server.
Some older titles on the server are full Blu-ray quality “Remux” files, up to 80 GB for a single movie. Your phone can’t show that much detail, but it may still try to stream it, and that uses a lot of data.
First, check for a smaller version. Open the ☰ menu on the movie and look for a 1080p or 4K version. Those are smaller files made to stream smoothly, so pick one of them instead of the Remux.
If there isn’t one, set the quality to 8 Mb/s or lower from the ☰ menu while you’re watching. That uses about 3.6 GB per hour at 8 Mb/s, or 1.8 GB per hour at 4 Mb/s. To make it the default: Settings → Playback & controls → Other → Default quality → 8 Mb/s.
Titles you request are downloaded at a lower quality, so this mainly applies to the older movies already on the server.
Settings → Audio & subtitles → Audio language → English.
Use the official Jellyfin app. Search for “Jellyfin” in your device’s app store, or use these:
We don’t know of a Jellyfin app for PlayStation. Use a browser, phone or tablet instead.

Check that the address starts with https:// and has no port number. Use the username you were given and your new password. If you’ve forgotten it, message [Your name] for a reset.
Switch to Wi-Fi, choose the 1080p or 4K version of the movie if there is one, or lower the quality to 8 Mb/s or less from the playback menu. A weak connection is the most common cause.
Settings → Audio & subtitles → set the audio language to English. You can also change it while you’re watching.
Requests are reviewed first. Check its status on the request site, or watch for the Discord message.
